Klassix Jones is The Godfather of Grunge ‘n’ b, which is to say, he makes music that sounds like grunge and R&B had a baby. He visited Indianapolis back in August and I had the privilege of spending a few hours getting to know him and taking his photo. At the end of his photo session he told me he was thinking about covering a country song and asked for a recommendation… thank me later, when you hear his cover of “Something in the Orange” because it is STELLAR.
